Finding out specifically who did what with respect to these covers doesn't appear to be an easy task. There is no indication of this in the comics themselves, and my research hasn't uncovered anything further. In any case, here's some sites that I came across that I believe are related to a number of the artists in question: Rogério Vilela, Marcelo Campos, Roger Cruz (profile and blog), and Octávio Cariello.
