Natalie Portman, the Israeli-born actress, Jerusalem-born actress, rented a one-bedroom apartment at 15 Broad Street from Leviev and Boymelgreen.
The New York Post" reports that Natalie Portman has rented an apartment in the joint project at 15 Broad Street owned by Leviev Boymelgreen LLC, a joint venture of Lev Leviev and Shaya Boymelgreen. The apartment has one bedroom and two bathrooms. Rent for one bedroom apartments in the building range from $3,300 to $8,500 per month, depending on size. The building has a swimming pool, spa, bowling alley, and other facilities.
Last month, Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. (TASE:AFIL; Pink Sheets:AFIVY), controlled by chairman Lev Leviev, sold its stake in the building, as well the building at 23 Wall Street to a Far Eastern investment fund for $150 million.
In a separate development, Adam Bronfman, the brother of Israel Discount Bank (TASE: DSCT) controlling shareholder Matthew Bronfman, has bought a four-room condominium at 170 East End Avenue in Manhattan for $7 million
