Natalie Portman - Shaved Head

Seattle buzz-magnet Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head apparently has a soft spot for the actress’ role in V For Vendetta, in which the beauty agreed to appear in a prison scene sans hair.

It’s a good thing the band picked up on such a bizarre and attention-grabbing name—after all, its lukewarm synth-pop makes fellow electro-duds like She Wants Revenge look as tempting as, well, Natalie Portman with a full head of hair.

The band plays a DJ set here as part of the one-year anniversay show for music blog Above The Fold, after opening for Lily Allen in the adjoining First Avenue Mainroom earlier the same evening.
