Scream 4 —
I recommend Scream 4. Every bit as good as the trilogy.

I should remind everyone of a couple of movie-going rules, though.
1) Go to the bathroom before the movie starts. (I didn't.)
2) Don't eat the cinema hot dog. (I did.)
